This is a tough question.  There are so many variables involved in getting a true cost for a new metal roof. It all has to do with the size of your roof, the pitch or steepness of your roof, how many hips, gables, valleys, dormers and roof penetrations just to name a few.  Many people are surprised once they see that their roof is bigger than they might think. They did not add for overhangs, garages, porches, steep pitches etc.  We can give you a down to the penny price, but here is a good reference.
